Contemplative Contact Retreat
A collaboration with Francisco Borges bringing together Contact Improvisation and Contemplative Practice. Through formats that encourage silence and emptiness, we aim to create a space for deep meeting with ourselves, others, and the mystery of the dance.
The first 7-day meeting will take place in Sintra, Portugal in November 2025.
Mindfulness in the Museum
2025 - Ongoing
The Healing Museum
A pioneering collaboration bringing mindfulness and somatic presence into Berlin’s BODE Museum through guided audio experiences. Supported by the Charité Berlin, it explores the therapeutic effects of mindfulness and art, alongside an exhibition on contemplative practices in Christianity, Islam, and Buddhism.

Vipassana meditation grounded in the Buddha's teachings of the Satipatthana and integrated into a practice in daily life.
I offer online and in-person group courses and one-to-one mentorship.

Shared Body, Shared Dream
A research-retreat series in collaboration with Vriginia Torres, exploring the meeting of Contact Improvisation and Butoh. Deep somatics and physical imediact meet the shadow and invisible realms of Butoh, enriching performance and jam spaces while offering practitioners tools to improvise with each other and with hidden layers of themselves.
Vipassana & Embodiment
2024 - ongoing
Vipassana & Embodied Insight
A retreat series in collaboration with Francisco Borges, supplementing Vipassana meditation with dance, and movement practices to explore non-self, interconnectedness, impermanence, and the nature of suffering. Stillness, movement, and silent days support collective embodied presence and insight.

Action & Emptiness
Action & Emptiness is a workshop series in collaboration with Francisco Borges, exploring how bodies meet and co-create within the empty-full framework of Contact Improvisation. Rooted in Steve Paxton’s ‘third entity,’ the yin-yang dynamic, meditative traditions of Dzogchen and Vipassana, and the centering principles of Aikido, the work has been shared through multi-day workshops in Portugal, Thailand, and Germany.
Freediving & Contact Improvisation
2021 - 2023
OceanDance
Deepwater contact improvisation in depths up to 15 meters. We researched this practice since being introduced to it by its founders, Sasha Bezrodnova and hosted workshops and retreats in Thailand. The work combines deepwater dancing, ecosomatics, water dance and breathwork. Collaborators: Geraldin Acevedo Espana, Francisco Borges, Damla Ozcelik.
